About Prime Seats LA

Prime Seats LA LLC is an independent, concierge-hosted premium event experience company based in Los Angeles, California. We offer curated event access, hosted experiences, and membership-based ticketing services for sports, concerts, and entertainment events in the Los Angeles area.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, purchase a membership, or register for a hosted experience. By using our website or purchasing any product, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Memberships

Prime Seats LA offers tiered membership plans that provide access to ticket drops, hosted experiences, and exclusive opportunities. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following:

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Membership benefits and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Membership access is non-transferable and for your personal use only
• Early ticket access windows are based on your membership tier and are not guaranteed for every event

Hosted Experiences & Event Packages

Prime Seats LA curates full-day hosted experiences that may include transportation, spa access, hospitality, and suite or premium seating at live events. By purchasing an experience package, you acknowledge:

• All itinerary details, vendors, and timing are subject to change based on partner availability
• Prime Seats LA acts as the host and organizer; individual vendors (spas, transportation, venues) operate under their own policies
• Participation in the experience requires compliance with all venue rules and applicable laws
• Prime Seats LA reserves the right to remove any guest who is disruptive, abusive, or violates event policies without refund

Payments, Deposits & Payment Plans

All purchases are processed through our secure payment partners. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize the stated charge to your payment method.

• Deposits secure your reservation and are applied toward the total balance
• Payment plan installments are due on the dates communicated at time of purchase
• Failure to complete a payment plan may result in forfeiture of your deposit and reservation
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing by Prime Seats LA

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited-capacity and curated nature of our experiences, all sales are generally final. Specific refund terms will be communicated at the time of purchase for each event or package. The following general terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future experience
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable
• No-shows forfeit the full amount paid with no credit or refund
• If Prime Seats LA cancels an experience, guests will receive a full refund within 10 business days

Photography & Media

By attending a Prime Seats LA hosted experience, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of group event coverage. Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels. If you have concerns about your image being used, please notify us in writing before the event.

Code of Conduct

Prime Seats LA creates premium, inclusive experiences. All guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, and vendors with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who:

• Engages in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any person
• Violates venue rules, local laws, or event policies
• Misrepresents their identity or membership status
• Attempts to resell or transfer their experience package without prior written consent

Limitation of Liability

Prime Seats LA is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring at or in connection with any event or third-party vendor service. Our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or experience in question.

We are not liable for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by venues, artists, sports organizations, or other third parties beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Prime Seats LA website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Prime Seats LA LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above or by sending a notification to your email on file. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
